		<description>Andrea, that&#039;s a  great tip.  I&#039;ve heard of soaking beans to lessen the sodium levels before.  I rarely cook beans, so I guess I forgot all about that nice tip for health maintenance.   I have hypertension as well, and through weight loss and exercise and healthy eating, my hypertension as it is now is much much better!

I have high blood pressure and my doctor gave me that tip!   And there are so many great low sodium vegetable and chicken stocks on the market now!  It&#039;s getting easier to avoid too much salt in a diet.</description>
